Why Do Out of Memory Errors Occur?
It is a phenomenon in Office2016.
When trying to open a document…
"Insufficient memory or disk space to open or save document"
Is displayed.
There is plenty of memory and disk space.
It also occurs immediately after PC startup.
This is probably not due to lack of memory.
As a result of trial and error, it was improved by changing the setting of Protected View.
If you have similar symptoms, please try it.
How to set Protected View

Access 2016
Rather, there is no protection view setting item.
In my environment, there are no errors with Access at this time.
If you can’t open an Office document despite having enough memory, try this.
